What Sets Us Apart
IICRC S520 standards. Our techs are certified to the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification standard for mold remediation. This is the industry baseline. We do not skip it.
Honest scopes. If your problem is a 200-square-foot crawl space section, we will write a scope for that section and not for your whole house. If your problem really is whole-house, we will tell you that too. The point is to write the scope the conditions require, not the scope that maximizes the invoice.
Source correction. We do not remediate without identifying and addressing the moisture source. Cleaning visible mold without correcting the underlying moisture problem is a guarantee that the mold returns. We coordinate with roofers, plumbers, HVAC contractors, and waterproofing specialists when their scope is needed.
Insurance-direct billing. When mold is part of a covered loss — typically a sudden water event addressed within policy time windows — we bill homeowners insurance directly when permitted. You should not have to front $15,000 in remediation costs and chase reimbursement.
